Talk about a dream vacation. I traveled with one of my besties, and watched the Royal Wedding while waiting for her to arrive. We cruised throughout the Eastern Mediterranean and experienced Italy, Greece and Montenegro. We started off with a few days in Rome, and I was so excited because the Pope was in Residence. We were within walking distance to the Vatican and made it to the Noon service where he blessed the crowd. It’s a feeling that can only be experienced…I can’t even begin to explain it. I had some of the most amazing food in Greece, which I took pictures of. I went to the Acropolis, walked around the original Olympic Stadium. The history held in some of Europe’s architecture is truly a testament to the skill level and patience of the designers and builders. I saw some of the bluest skies and waters that I’ve ever seen in my life.
